Maximum Benefit
The lesser of the actual mortgage payment (PITI) or $2,000 per month.

Waiting Period
Thirty (30) days from commencement of unemployment.

Prudential One Realty is pleased to introduce the Homeowner Education and Loan Protection program (HELP) which includes Job Loss Protection.  Many prospective buyers are hesitant to purchase a home because of concerns with job stability.  The HELP program provides up to $12,000 in "peace of mind" for buyers. The HELP program is available through certified Prudential One Realty agents.
